Valparaiso has so many compassionate, caring people that are involved in charitable organizations. One organization in particular finds resources and provides programs and services to help the aging community. Porter County Aging and Community Services (PCACS) started in the spring of 1985, lending quality services to those individuals who can no longer do for themselves what they need or want to do.
